Join me for an uplifting afternoon at Sage Studio Montreal (July 26, 2–6:30 PM)! We’ll flow through a gentle Vinyasa, connect in a networking session, and enjoy tea & snacks. Then, a manifestation workshop will help clarify your dreams, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath + meditation. Close the day feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready for life’s magic.

Join me for a transformative afternoon designed to align your body, mind, and spirit—and leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready to embrace life’s challenges with calm confidence.
We’ll begin with a 75-minute Easy Vinyasa Flow to gently awaken and strengthen your spine, leaving you energized yet deeply relaxed. Then, connect with like-minded souls during a 60-minute networking session—share what lights you up, exchange ideas, and grow your community.
Afterward, enjoy a 30-minute tea & snack break (light refreshments provided, with plenty of cafés nearby if you’d like more). Then, we’ll dive into a 45-minute Manifestation Workshop, where you’ll clarify your desires and learn powerful techniques to call them into reality.
The journey deepens with a healing Sound Bath, paired with a guided Manifestation Meditation to anchor your intentions in stillness and vibration. We’ll close with a 15-minute sharing circle, leaving you grounded, uplifted, and glowing with possibility.
