Description of the classes:

GENTLE YOGA

This class is my original blend of Hatha Yoga with Restorative poses, Yin and meditation is what you need to regenerate and restore your nervous system and recharge after a busy day. The practice is slow, focused on the gentle flow of movement, joint alignment, and spine health. It also helps to: reduce stress, maintain better focus and improve sleep. The class takes place in LOFT in Mile End – a small studio with capacity of 6 students only!

Level: beginners/open.

Duration: 75 min.

Place: Loft studio in Mile End, 5302 Boul. St. Laurent, Montreal

Days: Sunday 6pm and Tuesday 7 pm.

This year I start teaching at McGill University and my Vinyasa Flow will be open to the public. Vinyasa means the connection of yoga poses (asanas) and breath, creating a constant flow of movement. It’s very often referring to dynamic type of Yoga. The practice embraces flexibility and cardio activity to help you maintain good immunity, cardiovascular system and improve your mood. We move pretty fast so at least basic knowledge of yoga is required.

FREE TRIAL CLASSES IN FEBRUARY!

Only in spring 2024 you get an opportunity to get a FREE trial class. How does it work? First, book the class of your choice. Secondly, check the options for a membership card in my yoga schedule and choose. Pay your membership card after the class, your membership will start a week after. If you opt not to continue with regular attendance, there will be a one-time payment of $25.
