Autumn season slowly knocks to your door and with it a new Yoga with Paulina schedule in Montreal. Get a chance to release your stress with Gentle Yoga in Mile End or get a proper alignment with my new Healthy Spine Yoga in Clinique Osteoplus on Plateau, Montreal. Moreover, by the end of September you'll have a chance to a Yoga-Pilates fusion called: Yagalates. Check the description below to find a practice for you.

GENTLE YOGA AT LOFT MILE END (with the cats)

 
This class is my original blend of Hatha Yoga with Restorative poses, Yin and meditation is what you need to regenerate and restore your nervous system and recharge after a busy day. The practice is slow, focused on the gentle flow of movement, joint alignment, and spine health. It also helps to: reduce stress, maintain better focus, improve sleep and brings inner peace.
 
In the Studio there are two resident cats. You can cuddle with them during or after the practice but be cautious if you are allergic.

HEALTHY SPINE YOGA at Clinique OSTEOPLUS

Healthy Spine Yoga is a 60-minute class tailored for people with spine issues or for those who sit for 8 hours every day in front of the desk to prevent those in the future.

During the practice you learn how to take good care of your back, how to stretch it to prevent problems, how to strengthen weak spinal muscles combined with fascial and skeletal alignment, and how to de-stress as stress can affect spine health as well. The class contains of yoga poses, easy to adjust for everyone (even after spine procedure) mixed with Pilates and Physiotherapy exercises.

Remember, the class is not an equivalent of the Osteopathy/ Physiotherapy visit but it can provide additional healing help: supports the treatment and prevents spine issues.

Please book your spot. Only 12 students can take part in the practice.

YOGALATES is a dynamic fusion of Yoga and Pilates, blending the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga with the core strength and posture focus of Pilates. The workout improves balance, builds muscle strength, and enhances overall body awareness.

It’s perfect for all fitness levels, Yogalates promotes a harmonious connection between mind and body while delivering a full-body workout.
