In an intimate wooden cottage in Upper Laurentides, where peace meets nature, I invite you fir a holistic celebration of oneself ❤️

Moreover it’s a very Strong Astrological weekend 💫 not only it’s a Full Moon in Taurus ♉️ - a sign of self care, abundance and finding comfort in life; but it stays opposite Scorpio ♏️ - sign of your shadow self and all you suppress from a public view. It means that this weekend you will have to face your dreams, all you pushed aside and hid from - to transform and find inner peace. 💚

🌟Do you know that there is a formula for health and longevity? It’s called 🛡️ SHIELD 🛡️

S - for sleep 😴
sleep at least seven hours a day and keep your sleeping pattern regular. That will help you regulate your nervous system and keep you healthier for longer.

H - handle stress 💚
Use mindfulness techniques, such as breath work or meditation to lower your stress level and increase cortisol and adrenaline in your bloodstream

I - interaction with others 👫
Try to always engage in mindful conversations with the others: friends and family. It’s so important to have that human interaction, especially nowadays when we’re glued to our phones.

E - exercise 💪
All kind of movement create contraction in your body, encouraging better blood flow, detoxifying and keeping spine in good shape.
It doesn’t have to be a very demanding movement - just 30 minutes of walking a day might be enough. But I highly encourage you to try other techniques like 🧘‍♀️yoga, 🏊swimming, 💃dancing or 🏃fitness.

L - for learn 📝
Always learn something new in life 😊 that will create new cell connections in your brain, avoiding diseases like dementia.

D - diet 🥗
Find a diet that serves your needs full of healthy nutrients and low in carbs and processed foods . Remember, you are what you eat.

💁‍♀️These tips will help everyone regardless the age. If you feel too overwhelmed with all of them, try one at the time or find a buddy that will encourage you to go on.

🤷‍♀️But have you realized,that we are so give our AWARDS (promotions, more money, likes and followers) to people

who say “yes” although they mean no ❌
who put themselves on the side and live someone else’s expectations…
