After the circle, I will guide you through a soothing and gentle yoga practice tailored for your body. This session is designed to ease physical discomfort, release muscular tension, and help you build a loving connection with your baby.
We will conclude with a powerful Yoga Nidra practice, often called “yogic sleep.” This guided meditation is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. It is specifically designed to dissolve deep-seated stress and anxiety, quieting fears about birth, motherhood, and the future, leaving you feeling profoundly peaceful and rejuvenated.

Align & Shine: An Afternoon Workshop of Yin Yoga, Sound Healing & Connection
Join me for the second edition of my beloved Align & Shine retreat! This November, we’re gathering in the beautiful, intimate Studio 414 for an afternoon designed to deeply nourish your body, quiet your mind, and connect with your community.

Your Journey of Restoration:
2:00 PM | Nourishing Yin Yoga: We’ll begin by melting away tension with a gentle, floor-based Yin practice. This is your time to slow down, release into supportive postures, and connect inward.
3:00 PM | Immersive Sound Bath: Let the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and sacred instruments wash over you. This 45-minute sound meditation will guide you into a state of profound peace, integrating the benefits of your yoga practice.
3:45 PM | Connection & Snacks: We’ll transition with a cozy networking session. Over a warm cup of tea and light snacks, share your journey and connect with like-hearted individuals in a relaxed and uplifting atmosphere.
