Welcome to my second Weekend Yoga Retreat – this time SPRING SEASON!  When the nature is blooming and so would you! Spend two beautiful days in the nature with Yoga and other holistic practices to make a complete RE_SET: of your body, mind and spirit.
 
Just imagine waking up in a sunlit wooden cottage, wrapped in forest silence. Your day? Gentle yoga, a hot tub under the stars, and the soft hum of a sound bath. No schedules, no distractions—just you, nature, and a tiny group (only 4 students) for deep, personal renewal.
 

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE RE_SET RETREAT?

Only one weekend is enough to experience a total detachment from your busy life and regenerate the whole nervous system. Spend those few days in a wooden cottage surrounded by lake and nature to charge your inner batteries and find peace.
 
The area is Upper Laurentides and the village Calle Chute St-Philippe, right next to Kiamika Reservoir surrounded with lakes, mountains to hike spring-fall on and trails for cross country skiing in winter. Meanwhile, in this beautiful surroundings, you take care of your body, mind and spirit through: Yoga, Meditation, Sound Bath and breathe some fresh, unpolluted air during a long hike.
 

This is your invitation to my weekend retreat in Chute Saint-Philippe—a private lakeside escape 2 hours from Montreal. Here, you’ll:

  • Release stress with Hatha & Yin yoga (perfect for beginners) + guided meditation

  • Soak in nature’s calm—forest walks, lakeside sauna sessions, and bonfires

  • Nourish your body with wholesome, home-cooked meals (breakfast & dinner included)

  • Pamper yourself with a beauty night (Gua Sha massage + essential oils)

  • Reset deeply with a mini sound bath and stargazing from the hot tub

Schedule of the retreat:

FRIDAY
7 pm – arrival + accommodation
8 pm – Dinner 
9 pm – Opening Circle: Gentle Yoga + Meditation
after – Free time: take a SPA or Sauna, Read a book etc.

SATURDAY
9 am – Breakfast
11 am – Yoga Class
12-4 pm – Hiking at Kiamika Reservoir or at the local mountains
4 pm – NEW! Beauty AFTERNOON – learn how to use Gua Sha stone for beautiful skin
6 pm – Dinner
8 pm – Mini Sound Bath Meditation

SUNDAY
9 am – Breakfast
11 am – Yoga class
12 – Closing Circle
 
About the place:
Wooden Cottage with its own tiny beach at Lake Marquis, with a Spa and a Sauna, small boat, kayaks and paddle boards.
3 Queen size bedrooms can accommodate the total of 6 people (sleeping together in one bad – option for pairs or closed friends only).
In the cottage you have a common space with an Apple TV and Cinema Sound System.

SINGLE ROOM – Early Bird: $490 (paid fully till 20th April)/ Price from 20th April: $519
SHARED ROOM (and bed so it’s good only for pairs and close friends who don’t mind that) – Early Bird: $349 (paid fully till 20th April)/ Price from 21st April: $369
 
To require your spot an obligatory instalment of $100 needs to be paid. The $100 price is included in the total amount.

Please note, that transportation to the retreat venue is at your own expense. If you don’t owe the car, I can try to manage a lift by one of the participant or myself.
