Between physical changes, hormonal shifts, and the weight of upcoming life changes, it’s common to feel isolated, anxious, or stressed. You will learn powerful tools through gentle yoga and deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to calm your nervous system and quiet fears about birth and motherhood. – Comfortable clothing suitable for moving without restriction
– A yoga mat (for your own hygiene – otherwise there are yoga mats in the studio)

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT ON THIS WORKSHOP?
1. EXPECTING MOMS WOMB CIRCLE
2. GENTLE PRENATAL YOGA
After the circle, I will guide you through a soothing and gentle yoga practice tailored for your body. This session is designed to ease physical discomfort, release muscular tension, and help you build a loving connection with your baby.
We will conclude with a powerful Yoga Nidra practice, often called “yogic sleep.” This guided meditation is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. It is specifically designed to dissolve deep-seated stress and anxiety, quieting fears about birth, motherhood, and the future, leaving you feeling profoundly peaceful and rejuvenated.
