For the second time at Welma Studio, Let Go & Heal is a transformative workshop that integrates Authentic/ Ecstatic Dance, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Journaling together with other somatic practices to guide you towards inner peace and well-being. The topic of this session is: ABUNDANCE.
The workshop is based on my regular class of Dance Meditation that I teach at Studio 303 (regular classes start in January 2025).

WHAT TO BRING?
– Comfortable clothing suitable for moving without restriction
– A yoga mat (for your own hygiene – otherwise there are yoga mats in the studio)
– A journal or notebook and a pen
– Water for hydration
– An open heart and mind
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT ON THIS WORKSHOP?
1. DANCE MEDITATION
Begin your journey with 60-min easy dance session designed to release your emotional baggage. Being raised in Contemporary Dance, Paulina realized how dance can free you body and spirit, more than any other practice. When mixing with Somatic movement, Breathing exercises, Ecstatic Dance, Authentic and Tai Chi movement, together with Meditation you can release tension, unlock joy, and connect deeply with your inner self.
No prior dance experience is necessary; simply come ready to move and let go.
2. YOGA NIDRA & REIKI HEALING
After dance you transition into a calming Yoga Nidra. It is known as “yogic sleep” – this deep state between wakefulness and sleep is promoting deep rest and healing. You will lie comfortably as you are led through a series of body scans and visualizations designed to release emotional and physical tension.
Meanwhile, I will perform a Reiki on you. It is an energy healing practice that involves the transfer of universal life energy through the hands of a practitioner to a recipient. It aims to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance the body’s natural healing abilities by balancing the body’s energy centers.
By the end we conclude the workshop with a reflective journaling session. Guided prompts will help you process your experiences, insights, and emotions from the workshop. This time will be an opportunity to set intentions, gain clarity, and document your path towards healing and growth.
