Summer time we all should spend time outside. For that reason I've prepared new outdoor activities that you can join for free in between June and August in Montreal.

YOGA IN THE PARK – DONATION BASED CLASSES 

This summer I’ll be hosting Yoga in the Park classes in Montreal. You can choose in between: Park La Fontaine and Park Jean Mance.

WALKING MEDITATION

WHAT IS WALKING MEDITATION?

Walking meditation is a form of mindfulness practice that involves focusing on the act of walking. It helps you to cultivate awareness and presence in each step. We are going to walk slowly and deliberately, paying close attention to the sensations of the feet touching the ground, breath, and the environment around us.

WHEN: Wednesday 19th and 26 June – start 7 pm

WHERE: We meet in front of the Monument of Sir George-Etienne Cartier

HOW LONG: Each Walking Meditation will take aprox. 30 min

PRICE: Donation based – pay what you can

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

If it’s a small rain – grab your umbrella and come! If we have a storm – then the class will be cancelled or rescheduled for other day. Please check posts in the event to discover if the class is happening or not.
