From July on, you can join me for this experience. Every month I will guide one or two Meditations followed by Sound Bath: Cristal Singing Bowls, Tibetan bowls, Yoga bells, Chimes, drums and more. Check next dates below.
The class starts with ISHTA Yoga Meditation proces (combining inner focus, breathing exercises and diving into FELT sense) followed by a guided meditation with a certain topic. Each session features different meditations: Om Chanting, Manifestation Meditation, Loving Kindness, and Inner Child Healing, Yoga Nidra for Anxiety etc.
